I am overjoyed to hear from you Oma. I am thankful for you not to have to undergo chemo and radiation. That is so good to know and I know you are rejoicing over that news. Take good care of yourself and I wish you a speedy recovery.

Just a quick word before hopefully a nap; thanks Elena!
It was all quite unexpected but it did not catch God by surprise. He knew of it long before I did and allowed me to find out at just the right time. His ways are indeed higher than ours. So we rest our little hands in His big ones and walk along with Him step by step. The recovery process for this is a very long and hard one but I plan to take one day at a time. Please continue the prayers. They help so much.

Oma. I am so happy to see you again. I knew that if your days here on earth were finished, you would be in Good hands in heaven, with no more cares or worries. But I selfishly prayed that we would be allowed to keep you with us a little longer. We had no time to say goodbye to Sharon, so I hoped that wouldn't happen with you.

Glad to have you back, sister. Group hug

Thank you Nancy, I am happy to be a sister to you. Ready to get some sleep. My eyes are closing at the keyboard.
God has more work for me to do here so I am still here. God was so merciful to keep that tumor together and not allow it to break out in any way. No treatments necessary is the word thus far. I am not wiling for chemo even if it would be suggested. The surgeon did not see the necessity for it and we praise God for that.
Love you back

Dear friends,
I deeply appreciate your prayers and concern for me. I do not have the energy to respond to all who have posted. I am a bit shakey even on the keyboard. I did skim read and to be honest, that was very tiring. But I could get the feel for what was going on and the concern that you all have for each one of us.
I am still shocked that our Sharon Brown is no longer with us, although with us in spirit for sure. She and her influence on all of us lives on in each of us if we allow it to. We want her to be proud of "her BG family" left behind to carry on what she demonstrated......care for others above herself. What a lady. Like I say, she continues to influence us although not here in body but in spirit,
God bless us all as we carry on living out what she so clearly taught us. hugs, Oma

Oma you have no idea how good it is to see you posting again. We missed you so much and were all fearful that things might have been really bad for you and your physical condition. Praise the Lord that you aren't finished with the work that he has for you on this earth. I like you am ready to move on up to Heaven at any time the Lord calls me. In the meantime I will continue working for him unill I am called HOME. I will be busy visiting with the Lord and all of my loved ones who have gone on ahead of me until the time we all come back to help in the work during the thousand year reign. That sounds like so much fun.

I a so glad you are back home.

I had to go back on prednisone to breathe. I am an unpleasant person on that stuff but can deal with it for 10 days. I also have a steroid pill at night and two different nebulizer medications. Hopefully, II will be able to taper off them once I am out of here. I'll have a stash of thyroid medicine. I take cytomel be a use my body doesn't process synthroid. Reading the blood tests is different if you are on cytomel. It is difficult to find a competent endocrinologist omits who can monitor and adjust it.

My doctor friend showed up with the prednisone, boxes and takeout 8 clouding a bone for Winston from a lunch out somewhere. He didn't offer to help with the elephant, but the drugs are appreciated. He thought the ER Dr was remiss... ER guy was an osteopath not a MD.

Typing on the phone feeling like a chicken pecking a piano.

Even better that you don't need chemo or radiation now. Hopefully, you will be able to heal and digest your nutrition with that nasty blob out of the way. You can hibernate and heal this winter in time to enjoy the spring blooms.

TO ALL.....

If you receive the newsletter for Cubits, it announced this morning there was a new Cubit called

Sharon's Friends

Arlene and I started working on it Saturday night after the memorial service. We were drained emotionally and physically and forgot to set it so that only her and I could see it until we're done. *Blush* *Blush*

I just fixed it - I think - that only her and I can access it until it's done. We don't have a banner yet and still setting up forums, etc.

Anyway, we'll get some rest - I'm still brain dead - and get it up and running as soon as possible.

I'm so sorry for any confusion. *Blush* Crying

Group hug Group hug

Arlene just voice texted she's in GA but of course still has to get through Atlanta and then close to an hour after that.

OMA! I'm catching up this morning and SO glad to see you posting. Love and prayers continue, my sweet friend.

Andi, can you start renting that spare room ASAP so you're only in that moldy place while packing? Also, are you wearing a respirator mask or at least one of those white filter things while you're working there? I've got a pretty good one I wear if I'm spraying stuff, and a friend wears a similar one outside at need (bad pollen allergies).

Extra prayers this morning for all who are struggling to get their hearts around losing Sharon... especially Ethan, the niece she called her special little dancer, and Sunshine.

I am already on ly packing in the moldy place. No charge for Joe's room until I am out of here, but I am thinking of a nice present. I can stay there until he sells if I can't find anything and put stuff in storage.

Saw 2 places today. Yuck. Checking in with this realtor again Thurs. This was our first meeting. She has a better idea of what I want now.

Back to the grind.

I meant to say also, I will post my story on NGA tomorrow. All the photos will have to be reimported, I don't think it works just copying and pasting.

Arlene - if you go into edit mode on any of your posts, you can copy and paste over to NGA and it will be fine. Thumbs up
