I make it Renee although you could find it in a health food store. I make a lot of my own nut butters. If you have a food processor, you can make nut butter. I just add the nuts, honey, sometimes coconut or walnut oil. You can also add cinnamon, extracts, etc., depending on the flavor you're looking for. As for motivation, I started out last April hoping to lose 10 pounds. 9 months and 25 pounds later I'm still amazed I do this everyday. I've always been physically active but now I lift weights every other day and on alternate days I do interval training or some kind of aerobic moves. I walk the dogs everyday up a mountain and I also jump on my rebounder. I do the rebounder more for cleaning my lymph nodes but it is also heart healthy.
