 Made it back from the doctor with a great report. Everything is fine. Wow, what a relief. I must still watch my cholesterol and stay on an eat healthy diet but otherwise, Doc is happy, I am happy and all is well.First thing I did was stop at McDonalds and got a quarter pounder with FF and coke. I am so bad, but I was hungry and I will go back on my good diet tomorrow. All things in moderation, that is my rule. Thanks for all the moral support.  |
