This is a TV movie that's available on DVD. It's a story about a man who forgets what's really important in life and a little boy who wants to buy his dying mom a pair of Christmas shoes. The movie is based on a popular Country music Christmas song about the same subject.

It's pretty good. I'd recommend it---we watch it every year.

Bah Humbug, Netflix. That's a bummer. It has a sequel but I don't remember the name of it. All I remember is that I didn't like it nearly as much as this one.

Since it is a made for TV I did a search of my cable channels too but no luck there either Crying I have a client who gets movies from Red Box, maybe I'll ask her to check and see if they have it.
