We're having an amazing butterfly explosion around here... thousands of butterflies everywhere. Lots of question-marks, red admirals, painted ladies, some hackberry emperors and satyrs, others that I'm not sure of yet. It was kinda funny, recently were noticing an excess of castings falling from the trees, I'm talking 90ft. oaks and hickories and some of them have much of their leaves eaten away.... we figured there must be a load of larvae in them!!! so much larvae is still around too... I don't recognize them all yet! This one is on a little live oak, I don't recognize it but it's probably going to be some big ugly moth Hilarious! with my luck!!
