I really did enjoy this. I had a female iguana and loved her. I really do love the lizards as well as the frogs but it is so bad that the poisoneous frogs are so bad fr these wonderful reptile. Love to see what all you are up too. Quite an interesting life you have there, Young ma.

Thanks Charleen. I've never seen Iguanas so don't really know anything about them. But I know Goannas can be real characters, and be real fascinating. It's great to have unusual pets.

I don't know why, but when I look at a lizard I always feel like I understand them. Must be all the birding I've done! Hilarious!
I would be thrilled to have some big wild lizards to commune with but alas, New England isn't the habitat for lizards. The only lizard listed for Massachusetts is the five lined skink which maybe extinct.

Yeah Kathy, they're just featherless birds ........ or birds are just feathered lizards. Hilarious!

Reptiles and Frogs of Australia

Whilst first starting as a Crocodile Cubit, questions/comments about other reptiles made me decide to broaden it to other reptiles as well, and frogs. There's very many groups and species but I'll cover what I come in contact with and photograph.
