As human populations grow and spread out so too do those of crocodiles, leading to issues of cohabitation. I've assembled a range of media articles on crocodile issues and management which cover a wide range of views in this perennial battle of opinions.

I would not want to walk around a creek or a lake where there may be something that could outrun me...and possibly eat me.
We have a sign on the dock at our lake house that reads...Watch Out for Alligators... My brother brought it to me as a "gift." knowing I'm not a gator fan. We're surprised tho, at the number of folks that think we really do have alligators under our dock!

Sandi, it always pays to be careful. A niece of mine bought me a crocodile warning sign she put beside my dam. However, there is a 3 metre (9.84 feet) crocodile that visits my place during the wet season, plus some smaller ones. I'm just extra cautious during that time of year and warn visitors who may think the sign is purely a joke.

As you can see, our sign actually reads..."Beware of Alligators"

I guess it's been up so long, I don't even notice it anymore. I'm more concerned up there about water moccasins! As I was reading thru your articles yesterday, I was visualizing how long 3 metres would be....it was pretty scary...

Reptiles and Frogs of Australia

Whilst first starting as a Crocodile Cubit, questions/comments about other reptiles made me decide to broaden it to other reptiles as well, and frogs. There's very many groups and species but I'll cover what I come in contact with and photograph.
