Thank you,

Truth is worth finding
Not sure what you mean by feedback , but you can send a personal c-mail by clicking on their profile photo to take you to their profile and at the upper right corner it says: C-mail or contact and their name.

I think she may be talking about a thumbs up like ATP has. I would like to see the thumbs up here at Cubits. I forget where I am sometimes and try to give a thumbs up but there isn't one here Sad

Thanks, Patti. I guess I was just wondering if they had a place for personal feedback on a member. Thumbs up

I was hoping Dave would chime in on this. I would like to see a way to give feedback also.

I don't understand what sort of feedback you mean. Something like a thums-up to an individual or comments to a store owner?

Like what they do at ATP it is not that hard to understand. Come on.

I don't think she's asking for a thumbs up feature. I think Evelyn is asking for a place where you can write a review about a person.

The thumbs up feature is a possibility but not a certainty. ATP is completely different from Cubits and some of the features we have at ATP are not practical in the Cubits system as it was written.

It is an interesting idea, but since individuals are not businesses, why would we want to review or be reviewed?

The Thumbs up feature on ATP is cool! IF it can be incorporated here it would be great Thumbs up

I think if someone does something very nice on Cubits and you would like to make a comment (no negative comments allowed) it would be nice to have a place to put a personal comment about the person. Maybe if you think it would embarrass someone is there a place on their home page for maybe we could give them a gold star or whatever. Being in business I appreciate feedback so I know plants arrive on time, in good shape, etc. For personal stuff for individuals I am not sure where that could go except on their profile somewhere.

Maybe instead of acorns here, Dave could come up with something else appropriate for Cubits. He is so good at that. Just my 2 cents.

The thing that you all must keep in mind is that Cubits as never designed to be one cohesive website. It was always meant to allow individuals the ability to have an individual site in the topic of their interest. One Cubit was never really meant to interact with another Cubit.

This has been a really hard concept to get across because so many of the early adopters of Cubits just wanted to recreate one website, but we see how that didn't work well. It wasn't meant to. Each cubit was meant to stand on it's own with it's owner working/attracting/advertising their own space, and the building manager simply providing support. Cubits was designed to be a bigger, better, and more technological Yahoo Groups, or Squido-type site.

That's why we can't just plug in a feature of ATP into Cubits- while the rooms look similar, the bones are vastly different.

Thanks for your reply, Trish. It is nice to have a place to give feedback, expecially when trading. Then people can know who they can trust. I did not realize that it would be so complicated. Many members here have businesses also....I do not think those in business will be embarassed to see good feedback left about them. Smiling

Each cubit owner can set up an area on their own cubit for feedback. I keep meaning to do it myself!

Trish, I did a thread for customer comments when I first opened so if there were any complaints I could address them. Mine is just a thread....is that what you would suggest or is there some other way to do it that I do not know? My thread works fine but if it should be another format I can always change it.

A thread is best, I think.
