The only option I can see here is that you can opt out of receiving cmails altogether, but I don't see a big point in that.

The way the c-mail blast feature works is that you put together a list of members and then send a cmail to that group. Opting out would essentially mean that you're opting out of receiving cmail.

I think the solution here is to simply unjoin whatever cubits are sending you blasts that you don't want...
