Went to Grays Harbor show and saw this vibrant purple stellar flower in the seeding category. Grown by Drew and Wendy Brant. I showed it to Dan Pearson of Dan's Dahlias and he was extremely impressed by it's very beautiful dark purple color that appears to be the same as the purple flower Thomas Ediison. It is about 7 inches in diameter. Maybe it will get introduced in a couple of years.  We like to place a sign on our porch that says: We are in the garden. Really, we are always in the garden. |
