So far, Big Kahuna is a big disappointment. Not really anything special or exciting about it so far. That may change as it matures. Maybe?

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore looking like an idiot.

Looks like it still has some opening to do though right? Where did you pick this one up?

Casita Azul. I'm not sold on it at all yet but again, this is the first bloom on a very young plant.

I cut the buds off of mine , it was small when I received it and arrived when the heat wave started so was stressed out a bit.

I wanted to see one bloom and this is it. I'm leaving it on the plant until it begins to either fade or turn brown because I want to see what it's like. Mine was small too and is growing slowly. That's typical of a first year plant though.

Mine failed and I won't replace it. I wasn't impressed with it.

A bit beat up after a heavy storm, but a nice color. I like the hint of red in the middle.

In it's 3rd year it has turned into a very nice plant with large flowers plus I really like the form of the flower.

Nice. Lots of petals. You've been busy taking pics. Most of mine won't bloom till late next week.

It took awhile but mine are kicking in now, by next week there should be quite a few more.
