I picked this up at Lowe's today. The color isn't very deep yet so I'm hoping it deepens as it ages.

Looks good. I think I got the Raspberry one at Lowes here. They also had 'Butterfly Kisses' and I picked it up too.

I had Raspberry last year but lost it to AY. That is a gorgeous plant, much prettier color than Cranberry. My Lowe's was supposed to get Butterfly Kisses last week but didn't. Do you like it? If it comes in tomorrow I'll buy it but I'd much prefer to buy Raspberry. Were they $8.98 or $11.98? I'm presuming that they're going to be $11.98 here.

They were 8.98. I like 'Butterfly Kisses.' It's like 'Pink Double Delight' but doesn't flop and is shorter.

I called the Lowe's in Columbia today to see if they had any coneflowers. The guy that answered the phone said he would check. He answered back that they didn't have any coneflowers. Everytime I've been there this summer, they haven't had any coneflowers.

The Double Scoop series came back very poorly for me. I bought Orangeberry and Raspberry last year and both are 1 very short stem each and have not flowered this year.

I stopped at Lowes today and they had Butterfly Kisses so I picked up one.

Sooner has been more expensive than the other nurseries I have bought from so I've never bought from them. They're just across the state line of Kansas and I'd like to buy from them but not at their prices. Are you happy with the order?

The thing I don't like about the Double Scoop plants is the twisty stems. They have some that are so crooked!

That is the reason I did not try Bubble Gum, the ones I saw were really bad.

I only look at the flowers. Who cares what the stems look like. Hilarious!

Today I looked at the Bubblegum from last year and there are no crooked stems. However the Bubblegum that I bought this year does have crooked stems but Cranberry has straight stems.

My main reason for not getting it is that there are a good number of good double pinks out there and the rest of this series that I have tried has done poorly.

I agree that there are many good pink doubles available but these are larger blooms and slightly different color. Bubblegum is a brighter pink and the blooms can be huge. I'm hoping that they both do well. Cranberry is more pink than red so far which is disappointing. I bought Butterfly Kisses yesterday, another pink double and plan to put it with Cranberry.
