Hello all... I haven't been here in a while... but it still looks like there are crazy ech people around so here goes my collection from last week. My funky 'daddy long legs plant' is back and doing well. I moved it to a spot where it could get some elbow room to grow. I am trying to get some plant breeders interested and they want to make sure it holds up on its own without having to lean on other plants like it did the last few years.

Good to see you back. Your gardens look great and hoping it works out with your plant. I know I will get one if they come out.

Nevermore44, in your second picture from the top, what is the yellow plant that is in the bottom left corner of the picture?

You're flower beds are gorgeous.

Have you added any new coneflowers to your collection?

Loretta... they are all many year old plants... and some crosses I have made in the years past. I collect seed from open pollinated blooms each year and see if i get anything interesting.

SP... Those yellow flowers are sundrops (Oenothera). I have been dividing them each year. The are great... stay 1 foot tall and don't need any care at all.

In regards to plants... last fall i picked up a few 'Caribbean Green' plugs. I will take a pic to post it. They are huge for being so small last fall. Besides that, I think I just replaced a few that got munched away from bunnies. It looks like they are slowing down a bit on creating new varieties... You can only go so far i guess with the form and colors with these guys!
