I bought it last month from a local nursery. Since it's in a pot I'll overwinter it in my garage where it's protected.

Thanks. I haven't taken much time for flowers this year. The weather here really hasn't been the best for flowers this growing season. It seems like we've had rainy spells or hot spells. This week is going to be too hot to bother with flowers. Maybe next summer I'll be in more of a buying coneflower mood. Isn't Kansas having a lot of really hot weather?

It's hot and dry and getting hotter. I've resorted to watering in the evenings.
