This is a slightly enhanced photo of my new volunteer hybrid that I posted in the hybrid discoveries forum. I thought that it was so special that it deserved to be given a name and a chance to show off a little bit. I truly hope that folks aren't upset that I posted a slightly modified version in the Photos Forum. The unedited photo is posted in the other forum. This photo was made with my cell camera.

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore looking like an idiot.

That turned out to be a good volunteer hybrid. The two tones, red and orange, makes it stand out.

Next spring I am going to relocate it because it's not getting enough sun. It's a great color and I'm very excited about it.

Actually I have 2 but neither has bloomed yet. If they look like this then I will be happy I'm going to plant some seeds from this plant to see if they are the same. This was just luck.
UPDATE: I just looked at Firey Meadow Mama and the resemblance is uncanny!

Kansas Bob, you got lucky on this one. A bunch of these planted together would be good.

NJ Bob, thanks for posting that link.

Well, I'm hoping to start some seeds from this one (outdoors).
