I'm retired Fishing is my job.
My Julia haven't even bloomed yet and I don't know if either of them will this year. On the other hand almost all of my CS have bloomed and are going to bloom again. I too have seen different sizes and shapes of petals on mine. Some are compact and some are small. Some are golden, some are salmon and yet others are bright orange equal to or better than any other orange I've grown. I'm disappointed in the "Butterfly" series so far unless Julia produces something spectacular. Cleopatra is a huge letdown, not even yellow but a pale or creamy yellow. Hopefully that will change in subsequent blossoms as I have two other Cleopatra, one of which has a bud on it. I'll know soon if it's a keeper or a waste of money.
There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore looking like an idiot.
