The Porter, Charles Herring Strain tomato was developed by Mr. Charles Herring. This is an improvement on his Porter tomato.

Fruits are about 1 ounce in weight. The green fruit blushes to a pink shade.

Fruit begins to ripen about mid season. The plants have regular shaped leaves and is an indeterminate plant.

A great overall tomato plant that not only holds up well after being picked, but does well in all types of weather conditions.

Clusters of the 1" tomatoes are very productive on this plant. Plant does require staking.
