Jalapeno peppers are some of the most popular peppers. They are a meaty, flavorful pepper that has a medium to medium hot heat.

Mammoth Jalapeno pods are about 4-5 1/2" long and can be up to almost 2" wide. The pods start out a glossy green and than turn to red. They are generally used in the green stage.

Mammoth Jalapenos can be used in baking, grilling, pickling and is the most used pepper on Nacho dishes.

Germination Tips: Start this pepper seed indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost.
