| This thread is for those of you that have no closed your boxes yet and still have seed you would like to pimp. It will also be the thread where I put up somethings that come in from folks that didn't go up on my main database lists. Since everybody was so good this year and things went so smoothly, especially for all the newbies, I am able to do this. Normally once the main swapping is over, I go through and for Part #2, # 3 and # 4 I toss from your Wishlists ad from About My Garden. When I do that, some folks may get stuff they really don't want. Everybody is going to get some things they can't use or may not like, because that how it goes when ya join those parts and seed is shared between all, but since things have been smooth and I running a bit ahead of my schedule this what I gonna do for ya to help ya get a bit more of the seed you want instead of surprises. First for those not joining in Parts#2, #3, and 4, your still welcome to join in this is you see something you want, because even though ya may say no extras, my fingers have a way of gpoing " Opps" and stuffing boxes anyways, and I will just take these oinks out of your " Oppsies."   ]For those in Part #2, #3, and #4 if you have no Oinks left and want some of the Last Chance and Extras listed, I will deduct these extra Oinks from your Part # 2, # 3, and # 4. When I can I like to see folks get seed they want and can use, instead of it just sitting or going to waste. This the first year, I been able to do some of the extras this way thanks to ya all.  Now like the other oinking thread, somethings the same. You'll post the same way, send cmails to the folks, pimping their seeds. Still first come first serve. Lots of things going to be very limited, so watch this thread. This thread will open at Midnight on December 12th EST when the regular Oinking thread closes. At that time folks can add any last seed they want to pimp. I myself will be using this thread til I close up shop, which can run until I close all the boxes, so check it on and off. To start everybody off when this thread unlocks, ya can have 10 Oinks in exchange for you other Parts 2, 3 and 4. | MY DATABASE IS NOW CLOSED. However, I am sending extras of many of my seeds to the swap coordinator: (5 or fewer packets per variety, and 10 or fewer packets per species). Oink for them in this thread if you'd like. After I get the current outgoing oinks into their shipping box, I may post a list of what went into the 1:1 baggie. And I may not since I'll be traveling out of range of the Internet. The exceptions I am making are for Astronomy Domine Sweet Corn and Joseph's Best Cantaloupe. I missed that on the first go. VirginiaRose, I'll take the Purple Fountain Grass - tried to grow this season and the darn thing didn't germinate. It reminds me of my carpet tigers' tails. Ella, looked back through old database of yours and found Lunaria, Variegated. If you still have some of that, I'd love a few seeds. We grow the regular, but I have a thing for all that is variegated. Ok, let's see if I can find a comfortable sleeping position. See you campers in the morning! Thanks all. | Oinking on a French Horn at my age and this hour of the morning kinda takes it outa ya - thank you Star - maybe a tuba when I catch my breath - there really was a Meow duet done in the classical vein with a soprano and alto - only one word in through the whole thing - "meow". | Nisi ya sound as bad as me. Was kicking myself for saying midnight, when the alarm went off and I had to crawl out from under covers. heading back there soon too. Nisi. Got ya! EVERYBODY!!!!!!! If ya haven't noticed by now, I don't have time to update my lists, way to busy on this end getting ya all seed up and cleaning up the drool's from ya all. So I apologize now if ya oink for something and I out. I will posting things on and off all the way til I get ready to mail the boxes. Some may be on my #4 list when I have a bunch of stuff. Some may be just here on this thread. So you gotta watch.  |
