Arlene and Danita Ahhhhhh! Stokesia didn't register in the brain. You were right Arlene. Hurray! That is it. When Danita said Stokes than brain clicked. Between old age and health issues, brain sometimes doesn't work. Glad ya figured it out. Now what little left of brain can quit stressing. Thanks ladies!

Soils, yes there are hundreds of what looks like brown seeds in the pod, the good ones are just a bit plumper. Like little football shapes is what they remind me of. The middles pooched out just a touch. The bad seed are more straight up and down.

Well, from what Danita said looks like there are some tiny seed right along with chaff in the Penstemon and Veronica. They hard when rolled and don't squish. I can barely see so gonna be chaff in there.

Rising and Deebie Got ya both.

NBgard Your welcome.

Nisi You be very very careful going back home. Take it slow and easy. When ya get to your seeds, you get to them. Your life more important. We've had to wait on seeds before due to winter weather. Won't be the first nor the last. Nobody gonna stress it. You just take care and sorry you had to spend night in motel, but sure glad ya found a safe place. Group hug

I cmailed the new piggy Brenda and told her that she could ask for seeds from my garden on my list even though it is closed. I won't get out to mail my box until Wednesday at the earliest because of the storm. I am making an exception for the new piggy, Hope it is ok. I can slip in a few seeds for the new piggy and still get the box out this week.

That was me oinking for Marigold 'Spun Gold' - first my mind forgot about cmailing and then 'pooter quit for a few hours. Can't win. hmpf.

My box isn't going anywhere for a couple of days, so Brenda and company, consider my database open until Wednesday, 12/11/13. Brenda, if you need any help with cmails, I'd still be happy to help you in that department, too.

I remember you saying that you do not have much room for vegetables, but prefer to concentrate on flowers for now. I grow mostly flowers suitable for cut flowers in my garden, so please check out my offerings and see if there is something there that you like,.

Andi Sure no problem at all doing that. Yes, you too wait til storm over and roads clear. Snow bad enough, but all this rain has made regular ice and lots of black ice everywhere. One second a person driving fine and next they off the road or worse. Hope your ride takes it real slow.

NEWBIES!! and reminder to regulars

I am not going to get upset if your boxes not here on exact date. Seeds don't go out til after New Year anyways. I want you all safe and sound so you can enjoy the seed you'll be receiving. Don't go out in bad weather. You may be excellent driver, but there folks who aren't on ice and snow.

I sure wouldn't go anybody to PO on the 18th. That is some sort of free shipping day for businesses I think and PO lines are miles long.

CCVAcation Here ya go . Had to go find myself to double check:

Quoting:The swap will officially start NOVEMBER 16th at 5:00 PM EST., 2013 and will run until Midnight on December 16th, 2013. With seed packets mailed by December 20th, 2013 to me. As soon as all seeds are in and separated and reboxed to designated individuals they will be mailed out all at once.

There usually a few folks after the 16th closing date, while packing boxes if weather bad and holding them up that will post a few more things as they find it.

Thank you for the reminder! I'm still dechaffing mounds of dahlia seed, and plan on going through my seed box again for hungry piggies, so I'll just stay open til the bitter end. I'm all for procrastination! Angel
