| Hello folks, For the past several months growers around here have been harvesting Cubanelle chilies / peppers. So I've been busy roasting chilies for the freezer, and of course, saving the seed from the fresh fruit.. The chilies are incredibly mild, sweet, and flavorful. If you like bell peppers, you'll love Cubanelles! They are great roasted on the grill, stuffed and baked, or sauteed in olive oil on the stovetop. Equally good green, or red (fully ripe).
