My daughter works for eBay in the department that deals with those kinds of issues. She says the best way to deal with them is to call eBay. Works much better than their automated scripts.
That's good to know, Joseph! I went through those near useless automated scripts and filed a complaint, but it took me half an hour to navigate the tail-chasing route you get sent on. I seem to remember a much easier time of it the last time I did this. Now it is as if they want to discourage you from complaining in the first place. If it's not removed in the 24 hours I allowed, I will call them.
