I sowed some seeds from last year's swap in October 2013, and have a few winter vegetables now

Kohlrabi - may or may not have time to bulb out

Napa cabbage from Rick - looks like they are going to bolt before forming a head. I will harvest them anyway in a day or two. The rain from 2 weeks ago has caused an explosion in the slug and snail population and they love the napa cabbage too.

I was so excited last year when I got the seeds, that I sowed some winter vegetables in February, but it got so warm by April that most things bolted. I then planned on direct sowing the seeds in late August, but did not get to it until October. THIS year, with this year's seeds, I aim to get it right Thumbs up
