| We're good here; in fact, yesterday was the first day in longer than I want to think about that we got out to do something other than just working to stave off property damage or injury due to weather issues. We did have some high winds and quite a bit of rain, but we were able to chop away enough ice and frozen ground to direct the runoff away from the houses...thank goodness! This is one time that I'm grateful that it'll be very cold and drier this week -too much more rain and snow melt all at once would be a huge problem here. Today, our eight feet tall snow piles are down to about 5 feet, but I can see a bit of old dead grass showing at the base of a tree in our yard...whoopee!  Sass, It's good to hear from you.  Hope your healing will be able to progress faster now that the worries about your family's injuries are over. |
