| Mistrose, that has got to be the most complete recipe I have ever seen - talk about step by step by step. Makes me feel like I was right there in the kitchen with the cook, thanks! Collards are supposed to taste better after a cold snap in the weather. I'm not sure, (but I've been told) after you harvest the leaves (this being warm weather now) you might fool the collards by chilling them in the fridge or even the freezer just a bit. |
