'm looking for a start of a bog plant native to the southwest area. It's called Yerba Mansa, or Anemopsis Californica. Locally known as Lizard Tail. I hear it colonizes by runners, and thought some of you might have some you'd want to thin out. If you have some to sell or trade or for postage, Cmail me and let me know. I have many cultivars of daylilies and bearded iris to trade. Some places say it's a zone 8 or higher plant, but some have listed it as cold as zone 5. I think it grows wild in Arizona, California and parts of Texas. It's a water plant or stream bank/bog plant in hot weather areas. |
