Most crocks used at home are 3 gallons or up to 5 gallons. We still have two of them from great granny who made sauerkraut.
A rough estimate of fruit 4 pounds of cukes for each gallon, so 12 pounds of fruit for the 3 gallon size up to 20 pounds of cukes for the 5 gallon size. Have no clue how many cukes each plant will produce as it depends on the climate, soil, fertilizer and the bees.
