Jonna... Glad to see you around. Hope you are taking it easy and relaxing while you heal.

Joseph... Racoons.... I am surprised you have any critters, other than bugs, since you have open fields. I sure wouldn't let them get my crop if I could help it in any way. The more they eat the more they will make babies.

I finally got to pick some peppers yesterday. On some of the plants I only have one ripe for seed pepper so far, but it finally felt good to be able to pick something for a change. Hurray!

Has anybody ever made Salsa or pepper sauce or pepper jelly from sweet peppers before? If so do you happen to have a recipe to share or two. I don't think I have even ever seen sweet pepper in those forms before. It always has just been with hot ones.

Posion.... Have you found any seeds on your Lavender Pink Elegance yet? I keep looking , but so far I haven't found anything unless they hiding. I remember the seed from Chelle was small, but not so small you couldn't see or easily handle it.
