Hi Teresa -- I'm glad you made it over here!

As another newbie to the swap, I found it helpful to look at how other people have their database set up. After you click on the database link and choose Piggy Swap 2014, scroll down a little ways until you see this:

» Add a new entry to this database
» Bulk upload images to the database
» Browse all the entries
» Advanced Search

click on "browse all the entries" and then you can look at all the databases -- try looking at Chelle's for starters, since she knows what she's doing! After you get a general idea of what you need to fill in, then go back at click on "add a new entry to this database" and you can set up your own and fill in your information. And be sure to click on "save your changes" at the bottom before you exit out ! If you run into any problems, don't be afraid to ask for help -- there are lots of people here that have done a lot of the swaps, or you can contact the admins. Smiling
