 You and everybody else. I just took me a power nap to be ready to hang til sometime tomorrow when the first oinkers finally go to sleep and the second gang comes in. You can put Piggy Swap, Piggy Oink, Oinks, anything like that. That way folks will know right away it is a cmail for confirmation and not just an everyday cmail. An example would be like this: Quoting:A couple of squeals Star, . Or maybe just something like: Quoting: Some folks who are not good at typing or have difficulties with language or other challenges may just put the name of the seeds. Some folks chat in the cmails and some just type the request. With all the different personalities all the typing will be different from folks. Quoting: I would like Platycodon grandiflorus 'Astra Blue' and Carpanthea pomeridiana 'Golden Carpet' There's no set one way to type the cmail, other than just make sure it doesn't say something like gimmie some.  And if somebody oinking for a seed and your out, be polite when you tell them ,"Sorry, that one is gone."Just be polite in the cmails as on the threads. I can go from momma hog to red bull in a few seconds if I find out somebody being rude and ugly to another piggie in a cmail. Has only happened a very few times over the years when somebody found out a seed they wanted was already oinked up. They no longer get to play. If a seed is out it is out, you go hunt for something else. That's why it is important after you do your oinks and send your cmails for confirmations that you update your databases when your out. The first couple of days generally require lots of patience from everybody, while folks learn how to do things. Some folks have never been in a swap before. So they may not do everything just right at the beginning. Some are going to forget to bold, some gonna forget how many names or oinks per post. Some gonna be so excited and forget to send cmail confirmations. Everybody just goes with the flow and is understanding through the first feeding frenzies while we help guide those folks. Only 8 hours to go folks!!!!!  |
