Nicole -- I will always have "Seed Swap" in the topic line - looking back, since I have done this for 6+ yrs now, I will add the year but I do not believe I've even added the seed name requested

that way, it's easy to find the seed requests for this swap, I know exactly where to look [as i have a lot of mail in the folder, and I do reference them time to time.]
