Name: Joseph
Cache Valley Great Basin
Landrace: locally-adapted diversity

In the fall after I till my fields I plant.

Jerusalem artichokes,
winter wheats,
winter rye,
Austrian winter peas,
garlic,
I usually transplant the parsnip seed bed.

And some experimental crops that I am working on for winter hardiness:
spinach
shelling peas.
