Now that the trading frenzy has wound down, and my seeds are in the mail why don't y'all stop by for supper tonight. I'm making Roux Stew. I was 50 years old before I learned how to make roux, but oh my heck it sure came out perfect tonight. I'm just now chopping up some veggies from my garden to add to it: carrots, squash, potatoes, onions. I'll add some celery and a can of organic beans from the grocery store. We can have apricot nectar with the meal and muskmelon wine to unwind after such a hectic month of preparing, sharing, and searching for great seeds.

Come as you are. There is no formality around here.
