|Until Maridell's article I never realized how beneficial yoga could be to a person and what is even greater is that you don't tire yourself out to go gardening , nor do you end up all sweaty and feeling yucky afterwards.
Critter... Good advice. I do go up and down stairs when I see them, but never thought about doing stretches on them. That definitely would strengthen some muscles up. Now I'll just have to convince my neighbors that I have not fallen, but am using my porch steps as an exercise machine.
