Promise. .. I too with starting back up some exercises find I have muscle cramping, but it is good muscle cramping. It is low level pain and it because the muscles haven't been used, but after about a week or two or doing that stretch exercise I find the body is no longer in pain and more free mowing. I guess that saying is true about "without a little pain, no gain."

Anything that causes major pain, I don't do. I will try something and if I feel pain. I count to ten and release. I don't keep trying to hold that position. Than next time I try again and go to start of pain level and repeat. Eventually the pain level will take longer and longer and the muscles will become flexible.

Everything in moderation. I take it slow and easy.
