Deebie, I too am sorry about your health problems. It is so discouraging to those of us who love gardening and being outdoors not to be able to do so. I hope you feel much better very soon!

We had a very wet spring, lots of grass. Now after two months with no rain and high temps, we are already feeding hay to the cattle. Wondering if we, at our ages, should even be raising cattle at all. But there's a "cool" front headed our way and a fair chance of thunderstorms this week-end. I don't know if it's "Hope springs eternal" or that we are really, really slow learners. Whistling

I'm counting down the days until fall and hoping we actually have a fall, a long one, this year.
