Some tropical seeds shouldn't be frozen, but I don't know which species.

In my garden, peas, corn, and sunflowers attract the most bugs, and are the most critical for me to freeze.

I put the seeds inside a container that seals hermetically, like a plastic bag, or a glass jar. That way when I take them out of the freezer and set them on the counter the seeds don't soak up water from the air.
