Kathleen, my SU was famous for not having ANY tools in the tractor to use to replace the shear pins on the old pull-type chopper. Oh, the shear pins and nuts were there, scattered around the cab floor and in a paper bag. I got a little tee'd off one time and I asked him "How do you expect me to even TRY and fix anything when you don't send me the tools to do it? It's like sending a steer to do a bull's job...........ain't got the equipment". If nothing else it did make him crack a smile, and he didn't dispute my claim. I just tried really hard to NOT shear a pin.
