Things are dry as dust around here, too, in spite of several inches of snow earlier in the week... the first moisture for over a month here. Range is still brown when it should be greening up; the grass is still dormant.

I understand land in Detroit is cheap.... Sticking tongue out
I have little confidence in any enterprise or business or investment that promises dividends only after the death of the stockholders.
