Details Actinidia chinensis or Golden Kiwi is a beautiful climbing shrub from China. Actinidia chinensis and Actinidia deliciosa were once considered to be a single species but eventually it was decided to classify them as distinct species. Actinidia chinensis or Golden Kiwi fruit is not as hairy, it being shorter and softer hair that will easily rub off. The fruit pulp is bright green, lemon green or bright yellow. It is ovoid and about the same size as that of Actinidia deliciosa but ends in a point. The taste is sweeter and very fragrant...
