Mine are waking up too. I took more pictures yesterday, but I was not home all day today and I am too tired now to load on the computer and post. I am going to bed. Will post tomorrow... More blooms more green! OH! and the redbud IS blooming now! They are just starting here! Bluebonnets are coming!!! They are in Central Texas now! just a week or two for us. They would already be blooming, but the cold we have had slowed them down a little. Slowed the Azaleas too...

Ok, these are the photos from March 23. Just now getting around to posting them. Haven't taken any more either. Stuff is getting away from me, but I am too busy cleaning beds and planting.

Debra... This is the redbud this year but 3 weeks ago.

Hi Carol!

I have so much catching up to do!! I'm glad I found my way over to your garden!! It is wonderful.

First I love the daffodils and the forsythia. They make such a bright early spring statement! Although my forsythia had three blooms total on it this spring LOL I don't know what it's problem was except that we had 12 1/2 inches of snow after it started to bloom......... but you are pretty close to where I live, so???

Let's see...... the phlox are starting to bloom here!

Hi Chris! How are you doing?

Yep, we had the snow too. How long have you had the forsythia? Mine didn't do too well at first. It took it a couple of years to bloom like it did this year. I have new pics to post a little later tonight. I haven't uploaded from the camera yet.

I had to take tops off a while back. Some I pot up and some I just put directly in the groumd. But I am way behind on all of it.

Yes Cinda, it is a Dutch Iris. They are all that deep color except this one.... but I love how snowy white it is!

I did some winter sowing too but not as much as I wanted to.... oh well there's next year!!! Rolling my eyes.
