Mine are waking up too. I took more pictures yesterday, but I was not home all day today and I am too tired now to load on the computer and post. I am going to bed. Will post tomorrow... More blooms more green! OH! and the redbud IS blooming now! They are just starting here! Bluebonnets are coming!!! They are in Central Texas now! just a week or two for us. They would already be blooming, but the cold we have had slowed them down a little. Slowed the Azaleas too...

Looks like a lily just starting up.
I know what you mean about busy , we have had above normal temps for ten days now with 3 of those being record breaking...so spring is coming on fast everything is on a fast forward track.
yup looked like a lilly to me too.. my virginia bluebells are tall and blooming, monardas everywhere, all the preniels are up and going, my columbines are blooming, forsythia just bloomed, lilac is in full bloom, forgetmenots, phlox, daffs, tulips and hicynths are widning down, the blue crocus was first to bloom, grape hiyacynths second, now all the violets are fully bloomed and they are like a carpet along my beds..
old fashioned lilac..
Remember: You get what you give in Life,so be careful of what you are giving!
Wow, Debra! Your place sounds beautiful. You should post more pics!
The lilac is gorgeous. We can't grow them here in Texas. My daffs, hyacinth, forsythia are also finished. I will try to take pics tomorrow whqt is blooming now. Can't post till Mon as I am going out of town for the weekend.
I have so much catching up to do!! I'm glad I found my way over to your garden!! It is wonderful.
First I love the daffodils and the forsythia. They make such a bright early spring statement! Although my forsythia had three blooms total on it this spring LOL I don't know what it's problem was except that we had 12 1/2 inches of snow after it started to bloom......... but you are pretty close to where I live, so???
Let's see...... the phlox are starting to bloom here!
Yep, we had the snow too. How long have you had the forsythia? Mine didn't do too well at first. It took it a couple of years to bloom like it did this year. I have new pics to post a little later tonight. I haven't uploaded from the camera yet.
