This is a blanket that I made for my granddaughter. It has a ruffled layer and a ribbon worked throughout.

Hi Candee,

I haven't crocheted in over 2 yrs but I will post the things I have made in the past. Most are my own designs. This is a play mat I made for my Grandson which he still likes to have on his bedroom floor. It is made with double yarn all the way through and is heavy and durable.

This is a baby blanket I made for my daughter's friend who was having a baby. I used a pattern in a book I had.

Another baby blanket for another one of my daughter's friends. I also made this from a pattern.

Nice to meet you Tami,
Your designs are priceless, very impressive Tami! I have done a lot of patterns and Steve and I are creative in wood artwork, but would never occur to me to attempt making a pattern, that is really wonderful I love them all, the cars are great and would be a great one for our grandson.
So are you more of a knitter now or something else? I would be happy to start another forum in knitting if you wish. Just let me know either cmail or in the 'Handi-work hut"

I made each of the girls blankets with cashmere yarn and they were the softest ever. It was a nightmare to unravel and reball but worth the effort. I thought it might be a great way to make a few extra dollars for those hollywood sorts with their newborns but the yarn was just too hard to undo and rewind and after the few I made I never made any more! Perhaps one day when I retire, if I can afford the yarn again.

Very nice and I can almost feel how soft from here. Hilarious!

I haven't forgot about posting more pics. I have been busy babysitting young ones on spring break and trying to keep up with my cubit. There is just not enough hours in the day.

That is a beautiful afghan. You did a great job. Where can that pattern be found?

I have a book Grammy, I will find the pattern for you and find a link to the book - I took a quick look a min ago and can't put my fingers on it, but will look when I get a chance. I am having some surgery Thursday and will be home for a while so will let my fingers do some more walking and looking then. Thanks, it was a beauty and I made 2 of them one for each granddaughter. I am sure I bought the book at at Marshalls.

Now how unique is that, do you just snap it into a pillow or what? Very cool!
