Anything you can put papers into, such as a notebook one might take to school will work. I have even printed out my pages and then stapled them together once before!

The point is, is to have something you can refer to throughout the day and check off the things you have done. Some call it a Daily Planner, too!

You sound like what Marla would call a "SHE" - a Sidetracked Home Executive, if you will. Having the 'Playbook' helps you to stay on track, discipline yourself, if you will, to get "X" amount of tasks completed and then reward yourself with something fun!

Some days, I play 15s with my gals on a list I belong to. We work for 15 minutes at one task, 15 minutes at another task, then a final 15 minutes at still another task. Then we all get together online and tell each other what we have accomplished in our past 45 minutes. You'd be amazed at what you can accomplish in just 15 minutes!

There are many ladies on the list that have fibromyalgia as well. I'm always amazed at their stamina!
