|I would hate to see any of us have to re-invent the wheel, so to speak. We already experienced that at Yum . . inputed over 900 recipes in forums and then did it again once the database was in place.
I had wondered if Dave might build a Cubits master recipe database like he did for plants. Then all cubits owners could do the entries in the master to link to recipes in their cubits.
Some of the non food cubits are already having recipes pop up in discussion threads and will (like on DG) get lost in chats. That's a shame.
There are already over 60 chicken recipes in Yum.

If you want to start a recipe database, you are welcome to put an entry over there with a nice description to entice the reader to want to make it and just a link to your entry here. That way, you would get more exposure for HH. In most of the recipes there . . you will find links in the database to where the recipe is being discussed in "Our Kitchen".
You could also have a Recipe Discussion forum . . . people could talking about what they are cooking and have just a link to where the recipe is . . ie Dea's cubit, Kats, Salsa Garden Cubit, etc . . even a recipe buried in a thread on a non food website.
In my opinion, inputting recipes into a database is more time consuming than entering plants.
