Here is a photo of Hoya inflata, which has just opened this week. Thank you Julie for making it possible to obtain the plant I tip my hat to you. The cutting was taken in May of 2013 and bloomed in February of 2014. So it bloomed in only nine months, which is pretty darned quick for a Hoya!

H. sp. Poring bloomed. The plant was just moved from a west to east window. I think it liked the extra light. There are other buds...not in bloom but they are very tiny. This flower is about 2" diameter.

YAY!!!! This hoya IS a real trooper! So glad she is doing so well!!!!!

I have H. aff parasitica Laos 2 growing up a tomato trellis hanging in the shade house...and she is a bout to explode. The fragrance is wonderful (to me) -Thumb of 2014-02-17/AlohaHoya/ccf3a3

Its fragrant if you get your nose right up to the flower. Otherwise I can't really smell it.
