Grape ivy "Ellen Danika"

By Lee Anne Stark (threegardeners) on March 13, 2010

Highly recommended! This plant does not flower but it's sheer leafiness and ease of growth make it one of the best foliage plants for a home with low light levels.

This is one of my favorite of the ivies. This plant thrives in bright light. Its new leaves are a wonderful copper color. Can you tell I like it?

He will grab hold of anything nearby including you if you stand still long enough. Adorable in a big 12 inch hanging pot. Fast growing. Low maintenance.

Water once a week. Will forgive you if you occasionally forget.

Unlike other ivies, "Ellen Danika", with it's unique mermaid shaped leaves, is totally pest free. What more can I say? If you are lucky enough to find one, grab it!!
