Well the second storm has started around 6PM EST and it already had 6 inches in 5 hours and the worse of the storm is not here yet

Post is Closed , Blizzard conditions just started winds expected at 30+ mph with heavy snow so working on website pages all up just fixing links will up load cultivars later seedlings and photos are up

Let's start with the 5-6FEB Storm the 18+ inches from December 19-20 was 90% gone when we got the next storm this storm started with very wet snow

Evergreens were heavily laden with snow and this is just about 4 hours after it started

Believe it or not there is a pond beneath that snow the opening is right over the heater we thought is was emptied before the current storm hit and dug our way to it to find out it was fine

I am posting this now so you can see the snow conditions during the storm. this is the 8th of Feburary and we can finally start digging out

Storm is still not as bad as it could be but this is still the 5th most of the snow fell over night

Dog still has to go out Sadie loves the snow but it is to play in not to poop, so she finds a place out of the way and jumps around until it is packed down and that is her toilet for the storm

The table is our gague but it only last until the snow gets over the rails then the wind levels it off

Now that the sun is going down the snow is picking up and the Jays have decided the hotel with food is better that the branch without by dark up to 10 birds pressed into the feeder

The snow was too wet and heavy for this feeder the larger birds can not use it and the little ones could not move the snow

I was in the hospital the 6th and 7th so could only start clean up the 8th. The bords were screaming that the food was gone at the back door but one brave little one thought to try the from door

I just LOVE having sons that are in debt I play on the puter with web site and he digs snow how much better can it be

Now this storm Thankfully Rob was able to fill the feeders and put a suet feeder in the holly for the birds. Snow started after dark so I could not get pics til this am. This is my back porch and the worse of the storm has yet to hit

Since the snow is dryer and lighter the little birds can at least get to the food winds about 10 mph

Tried to keep between the house and garage clear but finally had to settle for walk way since ran out of room to put the snow
