Gotta ask -- who owns the beautiful seedling in front of the Cade seedling? I'm referring to the second from the right in the back row. That is just spectacular.
Every day is a second chance. Every day is precious time.
Paul, you really need to register some of those seedlings. I'm not a judge, and I don't know about the bud count, etc on them, but I know what I like in my garden, and those are beautiful.
Yes, Paul, you should! And on a related subject, isn't it the usual thing to send your intros to different parts of the country to "guest" in other gardens as tests? Ahem, Ahem,!!.... Arlyn
Do you use a standard report form, Dee, branching, bud count, season, etc.? I guess the AIS has one for judging(never saw one, but read about the process). Just curious....Arlyn
Name: Paul Smith Pleasant Grove Utah Grandchildren are my greatest joy.
Thanks for all your kind comments. I'm looking forward to seeing the seedlings [iris] in their second year. Hope I can see why I kept them. Then I'll consider their future.......I'll keep you all in mind.....The other seedlings [family] are coming for Sunday dinner.
