Well this was their last year to impress me before they ended up compost and not many did. out of 125 seedling reselect 17 made it through Phase 3.

I know that you NEVER judge on first year bloom but I have done it as if everything about an iris color, form, branching bud count is all wrong it does not have a chance, will not work forever trying to correct everything

This year on third year bloom I have one TB that is mauvy and another pink but oh ruffles, think of Louisa's Song or Decadance and the SA are as ruffled.

But those special ones that impress from the first bloom are special and few and far between.

Well Andrea was a bust here barely got 3" of rain no t-storms but new system here today is dumping rain T-storm woke me at 3AM have Japanese Iris show this coming saturday and I do not see I will have anthing that will not be destroyed by then ahhh
