Arlyn, I started painting a screened porch ceiling and you should have seen and heard the cloud of mosquitoes buzzing the screen. This could be the making of a horror movie. Yes, the darn skeeters are making it impossible to do anything outside ! It has cooled off...dramatically...today, so maybe tomorrow I can stand a long sleeve shirt, long pants, and a bee keepers veil I had one open today, that was *supposed* to be a pink, non-reblooming one.....it ain't pink, it DOES rebloom, and it looks to be either "Brother Carl", or "Immortality"....both are Zurbrigg intros, very similar to one another. it was *supposed* to be "Embellishment" no mistaking this one, though! I've decided it must be "Immortality", anyway, it is a "wrong" iris, so I need to add a "mistake" tag to it, and change my paperwork . There are some more in bloom....and several more putting up stalks. Now that it has cooled off, maybe some more will start . Quote | Post #1297919 (18)

MTB Lady Emma. This one is so faithful for bloom both spring and fall. It is not showy so does not get much attention but i love it. It is a clear yellow. Wish I could get true color pics. Quote | Post #1297944 (20)
